We are a quantity surveying consultancy which has operated continuously in Hong Kong for over 35 years. We specialize in providing quantity surveying and contractual disputes resolution services to contractors and developers in connection with large and medium scale construction projects, encompassing building, civil engineering and mechanical plant installations.

The business was formed in HK in 1987 as a partnership and later incorporated as a limited company. The company expanded in 2000 by opening a branch office in Guangzhou, China which primarily provides quantity surveying support to our Hong Kong operations.

Our staff are trained in the measurement of construction work, pricing, contract administration and the application of contract law as it applies to construction.

Our director, Les Pearce, has particular expertise in claims and disputes resolution. Most recently, he has acted as an independent contract adviser to China Light and Power Limited during the construction of CLP’s Black Point power station Hong Kong and the associated LNG terminal and pipeline.
